Position: Accounts Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain proper financial records.
Perform bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
Manage GST compliance, including preparation of GST data, reconciliation, and coordination for GST return filing.
Handle TDS accounting, deduction entries, and maintain related records as per statutory requirements.
Record and reconcile daily sales transactions in the accounting system.
Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable, including customer ledger reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
Maintain and update accounts using Tally Prime software.
Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations
