Role Summary:
The Showroom Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounts records, handling billing and payments, and supporting financial reporting to ensure smooth financial operations of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts and financial records
Handle billing, invoicing, and receipt entries
Manage cash transactions and bank deposits
Record purchase and sales entries in accounting software
Reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts
Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
Track expenses and control petty cash
Coordinate with auditors and head office accounts team
Process vendor payments and customer refunds (if required)
Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and tax documents
Support GST/TDS data preparation and compliance work
