Three Phase Electric Company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate books of accounts, and support our project and manufacturing divisions with timely financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have experience in GST, Tally, project costing, billing, and good understanding of accounting standards.
Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP.
Record all purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and petty cash.
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow-up with vendors & customers.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Support in statutory compliance: TDS, PF/ESI, and other filings.
Keep track of invoice formats as per GST rules.
Prepare customer invoices for supply, installation, and service projects.
Verify vendor bills, delivery challans, purchase orders, and GRN.
Maintain project-wise costing and track material consumption.
Prepare monthly MIS reports.
Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Coordinate with internal team for audits.
Support store team with stock entry and reconciliation.
Monitor material issuance and consumption for electrical panels/projects.
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/electrical industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic financial reports.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas).
Good communication and coordination skills.
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
