Job Summary
The Accountant will handle routine accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day accounts operations. The role focuses on basic bookkeeping, data entry, and compliance support under supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software
Record purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries
Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and vouchers
Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
Support GST data preparation and basic return filing assistance
Assist in TDS entries and statutory compliance documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for routine account matters
Support month-end closing activities
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
Basic proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Educational Qualification
B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred
Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience can apply
