JOB DESCRIPTION- ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting, or Finance(M.Com/CA Inter preferred)
2.2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software(Tally/SAP/Quickbooks/ERP)
Manage accounts payable receivable- invoicing, vendor, payments and collections
Prepare journal entries, debit/credit notes and ensure accurate documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations regularly
Maintain in petty cash and monitor daily cash flow
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual function statements.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required schedules and documents.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory filings.
Prepare and submit tax returns and support external consultants and auditors
Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal departments for payment and billing queries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives in finance function.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in accounting software(Tally/SAP/Quickbook/ ERP)
Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Good understanding of accounting standards and principles
Working knowledge of GST, TDS and other taxation laws
