Job Title: Account Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to start their career in accounting within the nutraceutical/pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support compliance and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and documentation

• Support GST data preparation, basic compliance, and reconciliation

• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor routine transactions

• Help in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries

• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, purchase, production) for required data

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

• Assist in audit-related work (internal and external)

• Track and record expenses accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance – Fresher)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally / Busy / ERP (preferred)

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or training experience in accounting/finance

• Exposure to manufacturing, nutraceutical, or pharma industry (added advantage)

• Basic understanding of inventory and costing concepts
