Accounts & MIS Executive
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & MIS (preferably in the food, FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industry)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts & MIS Executive to manage daily accounting activities, the candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience in handling financial data, inventory records, and management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting transactions including sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
Coordinate with internal teams for required information.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts & MIS roles.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP accounting software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
