ob Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with accounts-related operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and a good understanding of financial documentation and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and filing.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments and account-related queries.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
