Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good Excel skills, and the ability to support both accounts and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks and financial record maintenance
Handle data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
Work efficiently on Microsoft Excel (including functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
Support senior accountants in financial reporting and documentation
Assist with administrative tasks as required by the team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or related field
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP required)
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SAP or Open ERP software
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to take on additional administrative responsibilities
