Job Description

Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
Maintain purchase and sales ledgers
Assist with bank reconciliation
Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare expense reports and vouchers
Assist in GST / tax documentation (depending on country)
Support accountants during audits and financial reporting
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Handle petty cash and monitor cash flow records
