Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Delhi NCR
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / CFO
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
Assist in accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments and customer collections.
Perform bank, ledger and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Assist with preparation of MIS reports, expense statements and periodic financial reports.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for invoices, payments and required documentation.
Assist the Finance team during audits and in providing supporting documents.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting software/Tally.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of relevant experience in accounts/finance.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
Good numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
