Full Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations and statutory compliances, along with hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and maintenance of ledgers and journals.
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform customer, vendor, bank and ledger reconciliations.
Identify and resolve ledger discrepancies and outstanding balances.
Prepare and file monthly GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Perform GST reconciliation between books and GSTR data.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns and certificates.
Ensure timely completion of monthly statutory compliances.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and external consultants.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Handle monthly closing of books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely completion of reconciliations.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
Hands-on experience in AR/AP management and reconciliations.
Knowledge of invoicing and ledger reconciliation.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, GST, TDS, AR/AP, invoicing and reconciliations in a business organization are preferred.
