Accounts Executive
Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Pass and maintain accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Manage and maintain ledgers, invoices, debit/credit notes, and other accounting records.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain GST and TDS related records and support reconciliations.
Assist in monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of MIS reports.
Manage accounting transactions and records in Tally.
Prepare and maintain reports and data using MS Excel.
Support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting and other finance-related activities.
Key Requirements
Good knowledge of day-to-day accounting and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally and accounting entries.
Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and meet deadlines.
Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field.
