Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive (Fresher)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial transactions and records
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Support in GST filings and basic compliance work
Maintain accurate financial data in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
Assist in the monthly and yearly closing processes
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally is a plus)
Good communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of GST and taxation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
