We are looking for an Accounts And Finance Executive to join our team at at Binsha Furniture. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recording purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in TallyPrime.
Maintaining customer and vendor ledgers.
Handling bank reconciliation and maintaining the cash book.
Keeping daily accounts and financial records up to date.
Generating reports on customer outstanding dues and vendor payments.
Preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
Generating basic MIS reports for the owner.
Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports.
Properly filing and maintaining accounting documents.
Preparing financial reports as required by management.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
