🚨 HIRING – ACCOUNTANT 🚨

📍 Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 6–7 Years

💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
🕙 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💼 JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, finalization, taxation compliances, and MIS reporting. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting activities and statutory compliance requirements.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Finalization of Accounts

• Handle finalization of accounts for Private Limited Companies.

• Pass and verify all accounting entries related to finalization.

• Prepare and review provisions, adjustments, depreciation, outstanding expenses and other year-end entries.

• Ensure books of accounts are accurate and properly maintained.

2. GST & Reconciliation

• Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase records.

• Identify mismatches and coordinate for necessary corrections.

• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

• Possess working knowledge of preparation and filing of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.

• Ensure timely completion of GST-related compliances.

3. TDS & Tax Compliance

• Handle TDS accounting entries and related compliance activities.

• Perform TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS.

• Prepare and file TDS returns.

• Handle PTEC and PTRC compliance and filing.

• Ensure proper accounting and timely payment of statutory dues.

4. Day-to-Day Accounting

• Pass accurate daily accounting entries including:

  • Journal Vouchers (JVs)

  • TDS entries

  • Payment entries

  • Bank entries

  • Provisional entries

  • Purchase and expense entries

  • Receipts and other routine accounting transactions

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

5. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and provide monthly MIS reports to management.

• Generate financial and accounting reports as required.

• Analyze accounting data and highlight discrepancies or unusual transactions.

• Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.

🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS

✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles
✅ Hands-on experience in finalization of Pvt. Ltd. company accounts
✅ Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliances
✅ Strong understanding of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
✅ Knowledge of GSTR-2B reconciliation
✅ Knowledge of TDS and Form 26AS reconciliation
✅ Knowledge of PTEC & PTRC
✅ Strong Excel and accounting software skills
✅ Good analytical and reconciliation skills
✅ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Ability to independently manage accounting activities

🎯 CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with hands-on experience in handling complete accounting processes, GST/TDS compliance and finalization of accounts for Pvt. Ltd. companies.
