We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at at 1fc Securities Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and reconciliations accurately and on time.

• Record and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions in Tally.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records and balances.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts and reporting activities.

• Maintain proper documentation of accounting records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Use basic Excel functions to prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and data analysis.

• Support audit processes by providing required financial data and documentation.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-ups and settlements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about Accounting and bookkeeping, financial reporting, GST & TDS knowledge, statutory compliance, audit coordination, reconciliation, taxation knowledge, ROC compliance, Tally ERP, MS Excel, documentation management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
