Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1 year of hands-on experience in Tally. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments)

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper documentation

• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers

• Handle bank reconciliation and cash management

• Assist in GST filing and basic tax compliance

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Generate financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)

• Support audit processes and provide required data

• Maintain expense records and monitor budgets

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

• Basic understanding of GST and taxation

• MS Excel knowledge (formulas, basic reporting)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant degree

• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting using Tally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in GST return filing

• Knowledge of payroll processing

• Familiarity with banking transactions and compliance

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & location)
