Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Sector 132, Noida

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and must be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

• Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense statements.

• Handle bank and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other basic accounting compliances.

• Maintain and update Excel-based financial reports and records.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.

• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.

• Knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial records.

• Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS will be preferred.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate with relevant accounting experience.
