About the Role:

Karadhaan Associates is looking for a experienced and skilled Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and basic compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts (day-to-day entries, ledgers, reconciliations)

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Handle TDS compliance and return filing

• Assist in Income Tax return preparation (individuals & firms)

• Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking

• Prepare basic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)

• Coordinate with clients for data collection and queries

• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)

• Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax provisions

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in CA firm or consultancy

• Basic knowledge of audits and compliance processes
