We are looking for an Account cum Admin Assistant to join our team at at Jai Vakeel Foundation & Research Centre. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹16000 and opportunities for professional growth.

• Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain and update office files, records, and documents.

  • Ensure all data is entered accurately and systematically.

• Administrative Support

  • Handle daily office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

  • Assist in preparing letters, memos, and reports.

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate for replenishment.

• Data Entry & Reporting

  • Enter data into systems/software as required.

  • Generate reports and share them with management.

• Accounts Assistance (If applicable)

  • Support basic accounting tasks such as bill entries, voucher preparation, and maintaining petty cash.

  • Assist in verifying invoices and receipts.

• Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Accounting

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). And must have Marathi and English Typing Course.
