Hiring: Accountant

We are looking for a qualified and hardworking Accountant to join our team.

Candidate Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or a relevant Finance and Accounting qualification

- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- A good understanding of Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Finance Operations is required.

Experience

- Freshers can also apply.

- Experienced candidates will be preferred.

- Experience working with Tally and ERP will be an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good knowledge and practical experience in Tally

- Complete knowledge of GST and the ability to handle GST Compliance

- Knowledge of TDS and experience handling TDS-related work

- Strong understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping

- Experience working with ERP Software

- Ability to manage Ledgers, Journals, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Records

- Maintaining records of Purchases, Sales, Expenses, and Invoicing

- Good knowledge of MS Excel

- Ability to complete work accurately and on time

- Honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to learn

- Ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the company’s daily Accounting and Bookkeeping activities.

- Record Accounting Entries in Tally and ERP Software.

- Handle GST Returns and GST Compliance-related work.

- Manage TDS calculation, records, and Compliance-related activities.

- Maintain records of Purchases, Sales, Expenses, Receivables, and Payables.

- Perform Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.

- Prepare Financial Reports and required MIS Reports.

- Keep Accounting Records accurate and up to date.

- Assist with Audits and other Finance-related activities.

- Complete other Accounting and Finance tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Details

Position: Accountant

Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates

Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Every Sunday

Locations: Paota and Salawas, Jodhpur
