Hiring: Finance Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Executive to join our team.

Qualifications

- CA / CA Intern

- MBA in Finance

- CMA

- Relevant Finance & Accounting qualifications will also be considered.

Experience

- 0–6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, ERP Advisory, or Finance Operations.

- Freshers with strong relevant qualifications and skills can also apply.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and Finance Operations.

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and equivalent ERP systems.

- Understanding of ERP Advisory and Finance Operations.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including:

- Pivot Tables

- Advanced formulas

- Dynamic Dashboards

- MIS Reports & Analysis

- Ability to prepare and present MIS dashboards to clients.

- Ability to independently handle Accounting, GST, TDS Compliance, and MIS for clients.

- Basic knowledge of ROC work and compliance.

- Comfortable using AI tools for workflow and productivity, such as:

- ChatGPT

- Claude

- Microsoft Copilot

- Other relevant AI tools

- Strong client communication skills with confidence, structure, ownership, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client accounting and finance operations.

- Handle GST and TDS compliance.

- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and dynamic dashboards.

- Prepare and present MIS dashboards to clients.

- Work on Zoho Books and other ERP platforms.

- Support ERP advisory and finance operations.

- Handle basic ROC-related work.

- Maintain accurate accounting, compliance, and MIS for clients.

- Communicate confidently with clients and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- Use advanced Excel and AI tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency.

Salary

₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and interview performance.
