Job Title: Accountant

​Job Summary

​We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of Tally (Prime/ERP 9) and be comfortable handling routine accounting tasks to ensure our financial records are accurate and up to date.

​Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)

​Data Entry: Accurate recording of daily sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in Tally.

​Invoicing: Generating GST-compliant invoices for customers and verifying incoming vendor bills.

​Banking: Performing daily bank reconciliations and tracking cash flow.

​Voucher Management: Preparing and maintaining physical and digital files for all expense vouchers.

​Accounts Payable/Receivable: Keeping track of outstanding payments from clients and pending dues to suppliers.

​Reporting: Preparing daily/weekly summaries of cash balances and sales reports for management.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9 & Zoho.

​MS Office: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas) and Email etiquette.

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

​Accuracy: Strong numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

​Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with Tally certification are Zoho certification )
