We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience, strong knowledge of statutory compliance, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Handle accounting entries using Tally and ERP software.

• Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections.

• Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and customer/vendor ledgers.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.

• Monitor inventory-related accounting and internal financial controls.

• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and basic management reports.

• Track cash flow and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Lead, guide, and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Tally.

• Practical experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Experience working with ERP accounting software.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis are essential).

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification (Required).

• CA Inter / CA background will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
