Relevant Experience:

Candidates should have hands-on experience in:

• Bank Reconciliation

• Account Reconciliation

• Transaction Verification

• Basic Accounting Processes

• Payment Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation of UPI, IMPS & AEPS transactions.

• Verify inward/outward settlement amounts with bank statements and internal records.

• Identify and resolve transaction mismatches.

• Monitor settlement cycles and handle exception reports.

• Process chargebacks, refunds, and disputes as per NPCI guidelines.

• Coordinate with NPCI, partner banks, and payment processors.

• Perform General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation.

• Post and verify payment-related accounting entries.

• Prepare reconciliation and accounting adjustment reports.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of NPCI Products, Payment Settlements & Dispute Handling.

• Knowledge of GL Reconciliation and Basic Accounting Principles.

• Hands-on experience with UPI, IMPS, AEPS or Digital Banking Operations.

• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook & Tally ERP.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
