Accountant Executive – Job Description
Company: Malwa Solar Energy
Location: Sanwer Road, Bardari Rewati Road, Near Aurobindo, Indore.
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling routine accounting tasks, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
Handle purchase, sales, and expense accounting
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Manage TDS calculations and return filings
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Generate invoices and track payments
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Coordinate with CA and management for audits and compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software
Good understanding of GST and basic taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply
