Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure statutory compliance, and support the organization’s financial operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of transactions

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and maintain ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations

• Manage GST compliance (returns, invoicing, reconciliation)

• Ensure compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Assist in audit processes (internal and statutory audits)

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

• Monitor cash flow and expenses

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and consultants

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting

• CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

• Proficiency in accounting software like TallyPrime, Excel, and MS Office

• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in compliance and payroll-related work

• Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
