Job Description

  • Provide L1/L2 support for desktops/laptops (Windows 10/11/Mac)

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and email issues

  • Install and configure OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Antivirus and other applications.

  • Basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting

  • IT asset management and user on boarding/off boarding

  • Good to have knowledge of CCTV systems

  • Good to have knowledge of firewall devices and configurations
