Provide L1/L2 support for desktops/laptops (Windows 10/11/Mac)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and email issues
Install and configure OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Antivirus and other applications.
Basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting
IT asset management and user on boarding/off boarding
Good to have knowledge of CCTV systems
Good to have knowledge of firewall devices and configurations
