We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer for Delhi Location to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations by troubleshooting problems, maintaining systems, and supporting end users efficiently.
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS), applications, and connectivity issues.
Support email systems, MS Office applications, and other enterprise software.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for hardware repairs and escalated issues.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees with system access and hardware setup.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in desktop or technical support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (LAN/WAN), and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with hardware components and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of remote support tools.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL (preferred but not mandatory).
