Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 1–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking problems
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access
Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
Experience in remote support tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently
