Web & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Web Developer to join our team at Bloom Studio Wellness Private Limited to manage the google ads, meta ads, handle the app and website page handling. The role involves working on branding, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹28000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management & Development:

   • Maintain, update, and optimize the company website for better performance and user experience.

   • Ensure smooth functionality, quick loading time, and mobile responsiveness.

   • Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and visibility.

2. App Management:

   • Collaborate with the app development team for updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

   • Monitor app performance and ensure timely maintenance and updates.

3. Digital Ads Management:

   • Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including setup, tracking, and optimization.

   • Analyze ad performance and share weekly reports with actionable insights.

   • Work on conversion tracking and lead generation improvement strategies.

4. Branding & Creative Support:

   • Assist in designing and maintaining digital brand assets like landing pages, banners, and email templates.

   • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

   • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for creative campaigns and brand identity materials.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

   • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console to track performance metrics.

   • Provide monthly reports on website traffic, ad results, and key digital KPIs.

6. Technical Support:

   • Troubleshoot website or ad-related technical issues promptly.

   • Ensure secure hosting, SSL, and data protection measures are in place.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
