UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional user experience by translating complex business needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces. The ideal candidate is user-obsessed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that clearly illustrate design ideas.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.

• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms with attention to usability and accessibility.

• Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.

• Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, and interaction patterns across platforms.

• Maintain and contribute to the design system and UI component libraries.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and high-quality UI design.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.

• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals (bonus if you can prototype in code).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
