Job Description: Design Executive

Position Overview

The Design Executive will be responsible for preparing technical designs using CorelDRAW and AutoCAD, managing die tool procurement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Drafting

• Create and modify technical drawings using CorelDRAW and AutoCAD.

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all design files.

• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize designs as per project requirements.

2. Die Tool Procurement & Verification

• Place orders for die tools with vendors according to approved drawings and designs.

• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of tools.

• Inspect and verify die tools upon receipt to ensure they meet the technical design specifications.

• Handover verified die tools to the Production Team.

3. PPC Department Support

• After completing design tasks, assist the PPC (Production Planning & Control) team.

• Responsibilities include:

o Tracking production orders

o Planning workflow

o Monitoring execution and timelines

• Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW and AutoCAD (mandatory).

• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings.

• Basic understanding of die tools and production processes.

• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in manufacturing/printing/packaging industry (preferred).

Work Details

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

• Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
