Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, brochures, digital content, and presentations.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory guidelines and industry standards, particularly those set by the FDA and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to develop materials that effectively communicate product benefits and key information.
• Work closely with the quality assurance and compliance departments to ensure that all design materials are accurate and compliant.
• Adapt designs for different formats (print, web, social media, email campaigns, etc.) while maintaining consistency in branding.
• Maintain an organized library of design files and assets, ensuring all designs are archived and accessible.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines effectively.
• Provide ongoing design support for internal communications and training materials.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing design work in marketing, print, digital, and packaging.
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Coreldraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA guidelines for labelling and packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.

Preferred Skills:
• 2 to 4 Years of Experience in the FMCG Cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
