Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a flexible and multi-tasking candidate who can handle both design work and basic operational tasks. Training will be provided wherever needed -- Responsibilities (Daily/Weekly) Graphics & Design Work Design book layouts, covers, diagrams & notes in clean academic style Create YouTube thumbnails (high contrast, high CTR style) Design social media posts & stories (Instagram / Facebook / Telegram) Prepare print-ready & PDF files with correct sizes & formats Maintain all creative files properly in Google Drive (version control) Operations & Support Wor Update and organize study material & chapter notes when instructed Maintain Excel sheets (simple data entry + basic formatting) Assist in scheduling classes / reminders / follow-ups Help in general documentation, drive organization & basic admin tasks Be available for additional tasks if training is given (flexible nature required) -- Required Software Skill Adobe Photosho Adobe Illustrato Adobe InDesign (important for book layouts Canva (for quick edits/templates Basic Excel / Google Sheet -- Nice to Have (Optional but Helpful Basic video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut Understanding of fonts, spacing, academic formatting standard Good typing speed (English/Hindi -- Who Will Succeed in This Role Someone who is organized and disciplined Learns fast and applies feedback Comfortable juggling design + admin tasks Keeps deadlines and delivers clean first drafts -- KPIs (How performance will be evaluated) Timely delivery of weekly creative tasks Clean file management & accurate Excel entries Reduced correction rounds → quality output Flexibility & initiative shown in extra tasks
