Responsible for preparing and checking print-ready PDF files for both cover and interior layouts. Work includes preflight checking, file correction, and ensuring compliance with PDF/X-1a standards. Operates tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and Enfocus PitStop for quality assurance and error fixing. Coordinates with design and production teams to ensure accurate color, layout, bleed, and print specifications. Ensures all files meet printer requirements and maintain high-quality output standards within tight deadlines.
