Job Description:

We are looking for a Measurement & Field Sales Assistant to handle site measurements and field sales activities for our UPVC Doors & Windows and Prefab Divisions. The role involves visiting customer sites, taking accurate measurements, generating leads, and supporting sales and technical teams in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites to take accurate measurements for UPVC and prefab projects.

• Record and verify measurements and share data with design and production teams.

• Meet potential customers, explain product features, and promote company offerings.

• Support the sales team in following up with leads, quotations, and order conversions.

• Coordinate with project, production, and installation teams for smooth execution.

• Maintain records of site visits, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (ITI / Diploma preferred).

• Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle for field visits.

• Immediate joiner preferred.

• Languages: Kannada mandatory, Hindi/English an added advantage.

• Must be proactive, confident, and willing to work on-site and in the field.

• Basic knowledge of measurement tools and customer interaction skills required.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + travel allowance + incentives

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
