We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Direct Sales Representative (DSR) to join our dynamic team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for managing dealer/distributor relationships, promoting automobile paint products, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers, workshops, and distributors regularly to generate sales.

• Promote and demonstrate the company’s range of automobile paint products.

• Ensure proper product display and availability at counters.

• Collect orders and coordinate with the distributor for timely delivery.

• Track competitor activities and share timely market intelligence.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.

• Submit daily reports and meet performance metrics.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (automobile/paints/lubricants preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience)

• Incentives: Performance-based

• Daily Allowance: ₹150 – ₹180 per day

• Additional Benefits: Fuel reimbursement, mobile allowance (if applicable), career growth opportunities
