Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calling, networking, referrals, and field activities

  • Attend inbound leads and convert enquiries into site visits

  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective customers

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable project options

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in CRM

  • Follow up with customers for bookings, documentation and payments

  • Coordinate with telecalling team, marketing team, and management

  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions and on-site campaigns

  • Handle negotiations, closures and post-sale support
