Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other B2B partners to promote hotel services.

• Conduct regular sales visits, meetings, and presentations to generate leads and close deals.

• Promote hotel packages, banquet/event spaces, and long-stay accommodations.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.

• Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hotels or hospitality.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of hotel services, pricing, and market positioning.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
