Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive / Senior Insurance Sales Officer Location: Noida Sector 65 Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Insurance Sales Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional with a proven track record of at least 1 year in selling insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:  Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting, networking, and identifying potential clients.  Sell a wide range of insurance products (Life, Health, General, Motor, etc.) based on customer needs.  Provide professional advice and customized solutions to clients to meet their insurance and financial planning requirements.  Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer retention and repeat business.  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.  Conduct client meetings, presentations, and policy reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.  Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and regulatory guidelines.  Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and after-sales service. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).  Minimum 5 years of proven experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general insurance).  Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.  Strong sales acumen with a goal-oriented and customer-centric approach.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
