We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to represent our services and strengthen our presence in the healthcare industry.

• Role Overview

• The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the center’s fertility services, building strong professional relationships with gynecologists, and driving patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the IVF domain or related medical sectors and will be skilled in territory management, communication, and business development.

• Key Responsibilities

• Promote IVF and fertility-related services to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

gynecologists and other key healthcare stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and build referral networks.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the region.

• Conduct field visits, CMEs, and awareness activities to engage with potential referral partners.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and patient acquisition patterns.

• Assist in generating leads and converting them into patient visits.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and share market insights with management.

• Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in one or more of the following sectors:

• IVF Industry

• Stem Cell Banking

• Gynae Pharma Division

• Hospital Industry

• Proven track record of working with gynecologists and healthcare professionals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet business targets.

• Diagnostic industry experience
