🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Hiring & managing Sales Agents for TATA AIA
Sourcing business through agents
Target: 60 Agents & ₹48 Lacs Premium per annum
60 Activations per annum
Quarterly performance-based incentives

💵 Quarterly Incentives:

110% = 2% (₹26,400)
120% = 3% (₹43,200)
130% = 5% (₹78,000)
140% = 8% (₹1,34,000)
150% = 10% (₹1,80,000)

💡 Activation = ₹50,000 premium in a month (single/multiple policies)
💰 ₹1,000 per activation
