Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves field sales, service marketing, client interaction, and pitching our services effectively. The ideal candidate should have good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful PPTs to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for service marketing.

• Conduct field visits, meetings, and client interactions to generate leads.

• Pitch company services confidently and convincingly to prospects.

• Prepare and deliver effective PPT presentations to clients and stakeholders.

• Support the sales and marketing team in planning and executing campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Assist in creating marketing strategies to enhance service visibility.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to pitch and present ideas with confidence.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and basic MS Office tools.

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.

• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0.6 – 1.5 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferred).

• Freshers with good communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
