Position: Sales Manager

📍 Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

🕒 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Fixed)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

✅ Drive property sales through lead generation & conversion
✅ Conduct site visits and provide end-to-end client consultation
✅ Build strong client relationships and achieve targets
✅ Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:
🎓 bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
📈 5+ years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
💬 Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
🚗 Willingness to travel for site visits
💻 Proficient in CRM tools & MS Office

🗓️ Salary Disbursement: 1st week of every month
