Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives/agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property developers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and industry knowledge.
Oversee property listings, presentations, and client negotiations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and team performance to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales and promotional activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in real estate sales
Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations.
