Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and market reach.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

• Set individual and team sales targets; define territories and quotas; conduct regular performance reviews.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze market and competitor trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

• Manage customer escalations, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
