We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our solar sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth for solar products and solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and approach potential clients for solar rooftop, EPC, and other solar energy solutions.
Handle B2B and B2C client acquisition and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams for proposal preparation and execution.
Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and payment collections.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven sales track record in the solar or renewable energy sector.
