About the Role

AMPL Solar is seeking an experienced Sales Head – Residential Solar EPC to lead our residential sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong sales execution with the ability to mentor and scale a team in the residential rooftop solar segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets for residential rooftop solar projects.

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the residential EPC segment.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

• Generate, pursue, and convert residential solar sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.

• Collaborate closely with operations and project execution teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sale to installation.

• Monitor sales pipeline, forecast performance, and report on key metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Residential Solar EPC Sales.

• Strong, mandatory expertise in Residential Rooftop Solar Projects.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
